Our first visit to Gianni's today after a trip to Gibson mill. We were the first customers in at 4 pm and were quickly seated. Within a few moments we met our server, Becky. Becky told us about the place and specials and her favorite things on the menu. Very delightful and attentive service indeed. Our food was all incredible. Succulent arroncinni, perfect bread for dipping, spaghetti and meatballs and the most incredible veal chop, French cut! Topped it off with a cannoli and a bottle of montepulciano wine. Very glad to have found another spectacular restaurant in cabarrus county. Thank you to the entire staff for giving us a wonderful time.

Wonderful food and atmosphere. My first time in their new location. Much easier to get to and park. Food was spectacular. Drinks were on point. Generous portions. Great atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff.

We were in town for the Cadillac show and had dinner here. A great experience- the food and service was top notch. We had the steak and some seafood, several tasty cocktails and then dessert. Nice ambiance too, being in an old brick mill building. A specific shout out to our server (whose name I forget at the moment - she’s in nursing school) who was friendly, efficient and just really nice. And there’s plenty of room for a big group and it’s pretty easy to get in and around if you’re using a mobility device. Had a good chat with the owner, too. Old school Italian restaurateur, in the best meaning of that. Recommended, we would gladly come back next time we’re in town.

Awesome Italian restaurant in Concord. Kaili took great care of us. Adorable and very helpful. Dustin was also very attentive. Service was as awesome as the food. I will definitely be back.

What an incredible experience at Gianni’s Trattoria. Gianni himself came over and spent time talking with us, sharing wisdom from his 40 years in the restaurant business, and you can absolutely feel that experience in every part of the restaurant. Even though a couple items weren’t available on the menu, he went above and beyond to accommodate us and helped us find amazing alternatives. He explained that everything is made fresh, and even told us that next time we can call ahead and he’ll prepare something special. That level of care and hospitality is rare these days. The food exceeded expectations, the customer service was exceptional, and the entire evening felt warm, personal, and authentic. You can tell this place is built with passion, experience, and heart. Can’t wait to come back.
